  I called this funeral home trying to make arrangements for our baby who passed away due to complications, and the funeral director at the Springfield, Ma location was completely rude over the phone. He was insensitive when inquiring about the nature of the death, and also was very hesitant to set up a time for us to meet with someone to figure out the details (pick up of the body from the hospital, etc.). He said that they were constantly running around between their different locations, and that he had a funeral tomorrow, etc. etc. (in an abrupt and rude tone)...I had to cut him off and just say forget it, I would call around and take my business elsewhere. I find it hard to believe that out of 3 locations, nobody could meet with us. He just didn't want our business for whatever reason, which is fine, but there was no need for the attitude. I'm not sure if his issue was that my partner and I are two women, or what his problem was, but he was a completely unprofessional, un-personable jerk to deal with, and I would not recommend dealing with this business during such a painful time as the death of a loved one.
